We are getting closer to the weight requirement to be in a forward facing seat (since she is almost 14 months already) so we got her a seat after much effort to get the price I could stomach. I wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing prior to trying to figure it out in the car when I found our little climber on her way up. 
She was so proud of herself it was as if she was summiting everest. Hopefully she is like her dad who we call the "mountain goat" who can climb any mountain (as long as there is a reward awaiting him).
Yes this is how my house looks everyday...I think it is important for kids to play freely (that is just a good excuse for not keeping it very clean).

first and last day we put her in the front facing car seat and try to make a mcdonald's run! only joking the kid is classic with the teradactal? scream from the back seat!
She is so cute! I think that's how all houses should look if you have little kids.
i can't believe how blond her hair is!! can't wait to see her walk and climb and say 'mimi is my favorite.'
