Mickey D's

Liz called and said they were headed to McDonalds to play and Maddie and I were headed to lunch so it was a perfect setting. On our ride there Maddie asked "are we going to McDonald's or Mickey D's?" After 2+ hours of pure bliss Maddie and Paige ended with this finale.

Final Countdown

We enjoyed our Holidays with family but were ready to celebrate the New Years with some dear friends. We couldn't believe this year we were (well the more daring) spent some time out by the fire due to the mild winter we were having. Maddie had a great time with all of her boyfriends, Duke, Kael, Holdy and Jack Jack. 

It Finally Came!

The Stockings were hung and gifts ready to be opened. 

 Maddie came right in and admired her new kitchen then quickly got down to business, calling Paige to come and play.

 

We slipped off to church and then came back for more. We were glad she still liked the kitchen when we returned. 

Cody was pretty happy about his presents as well.

We made it up to Grammie and Gramps to have brunch and see Lexie,  Landon and Thor during their short visit. We were able to visit Grandma Wright and then the following evening all of the Lindquists came to party. It was a perfect celebration of our Saviors birth.

Christmas Eve

After a great night at the Redds Cody and Maddie fell right asleep and I anxiously awaited Christmas til 3:30 am (I am still recovering).

Asha (and her parents) Came to Town

Baby Asha has been well received by her cousins. 

Zoo Lights

Maddie and I are regulars at the Zoo but this was our first time to Zoo Lights. We joined Josh and Britt and Little Holdy and brought Ethan (who wasn't happy about the change of plans from playing the Wii at my house). It was a bit cold but a great time together.

Early Christmas

Maddie and I were stuck home for a few days and decided to break into some of the gifts under the tree (which did not please Cody) to have ourselves a little tea party. 

Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving it was our year with the Wrights. Since Shannon and Terrie were back visiting Lexie and Landon we spent the morning checking out the Turkeys (and other animals feasting upon their fall feasts, pumpkins and other gourds) at the Zoo with Nick, Jess and Bridger. 

Then we ate at the Lindquists with Ben and Natalie. After a good nap we ended at the Redds for a little finger nail painting.
