Snow Day

We are having the perfect snow day.


Hanging out while big sis is at joy school.


Then the real fun arrived with this snow bunny.








She decided snow was a delicious snack. Now I think it is time to make some soup for dinner!

Wheeler Farm

We went to Little Haunts at This is the Place to find they wanted $30 for Cody, Maddie and I to go trick or treating on their grounds. We quickly came up with a different and cheaper option. We ended up at Wheeler Farm and were able to see all these animals and ride behind a tractor for $6!























I have been spending much of my time nursing and pumping so we can occasionally go out and use a bottle. Maddie was so excited to feed baby Kenny.

Date with Grammie

Grammie came and picked Maddie up first thing for their date. They picked out pumpkins and went to Gardner Village. Maddie had a great day and picked the "smallest pumpkin." After we read the book she couldn't leave it at the pumpkin patch like the one in the book.

First Outing to the Zoo

Maddie got word that our house wasn't the only place with a new baby...the zoo also had a new baby giraffe. She was dying to see him. So we got nanny and pops and made our way there.


Pops sent me this picture and I am sure he wanted to join here in the eagles nest. I remember we went to a court of honor with dad and he made Cody sit in the "nest" with him.


There she is in all her wobbly glory.





I am sure Kenny be a fan of the zoo soon.

Crumbs

Maddie told me today she likes Kenny's face best because his hands and feet are covered in "crumbs." Our poor little one seams to have inherited his mommas dry dry skin.

Tummy Time

Our little bug doesn't fight tummy time at all, in fact I think he prefers it. Hopefully he makes more of his crawling phase then Maddie did.








All of that work wore our little guy right out.

Sundays

We sure love our babies and when we get to spend all day together

Before Joy School Love

We got Maddie ready for Joy school today and she was just dying to hold Kenny before she headed out the door. We are so glad she has Joy School this year so she doesn't get bored while we are staying inside to help Kenny get nice a big.











Kenny gave Maddie a watch when he was born. Today she looked at her watch and said, "20 and 15 seconds, it's time for Joy School."
