Onto Ponies

Someone decided she likes ponies more then piggies. It's the thing for every two year old.

Motion Sickness

We went to Pioneer Park to see if they had festivities and ethnic food like they have had in the past Pioneer Day celebrations. We were sad when we got there and found they were not happening this year. Maddie loves animals so we loved seeing all the geese and ducks with their babies and visiting the old amusement park for snacks and rides. Maddie loved her nachos and snow cone but I can't say the same about the rides. She was loving it until the rides began.
First attempt at the flying planes

Then we thought maybe she will like driving the cars at least she will be on the ground. Not a chance...she was crying before it started and they had to stop the ride because she was trying to get out of the seat.

We were glad we found out she doesn't have a thing for motion yet at the carnival rather then $100 later at Lagoon. Or maybe she was concerned riding rides that Grandma Ruthy probably rode as a kid.

A little bit about Maddie

She love to walk "wanna walk" she says and find bugs.

She thought it was funny to float on her back in the pool.

Loves eating ribs with daddy.

Finally got some use out of her baby swing while she was cutting three teeth these last few weeks.

Zoo

We had a little different zoo trip we watched the bird show (next time I will remember a 5 dollar bill to get a picture with the bald eagle) and spent more time playing with rocks then looking at the critters.

Still Going

Toms make good dancing shoes.

Just Below the Bird

We dropped Cody off at Snowbird and found ourselves a nice little stroll passed the river to the bridge over the stream. It was a perfect afternoon making a splash.

It is nearly impossible to get a good portrait view these days.
