My little Maddie has been growing up. With all this growing she has questioned why she isn't going to kindergarten this year. She has been working hard on reading BOB books. She has shown an increase of understanding why. She has been saying really thoughtful prayers including today she heard her friend autumn up the street was under the weather last night and prayed she would feel better. Later this afternoon autumn felt well enough to play soccer with Maddie and the other Pink Ponies. Maddie has been playing hard on the field and learned to ride a two wheeler this week! Of all these things of which bring a smile to my face and my heart to swell. Then something really wonderful happened tonight. We had our friends over for a BBQ. We love our friends and have their families in our prayers. We had a fire and asked Maddie if she wanted to sing a song for everyone. She told us to wait while she got ready. She got a dress and nice shoes on, had a pretend microphone and brought out pens to give "auto-grams" out after her performance. She came back and said first I want to sing my favorite song. We all assumed that would be "let it go" or something Katy Perry. Next thing we know she is singing the sweetest version to both verses of a Child's Prayer. It really made me proud. She sure is beautiful inside and out.

Spring has Sprung
We got all ready for a bike ride and I only made it to the end of the street haha My goal is to make it to the dump pond by the end of summer start praying for me.

Kenny loves the great outdoors.

Spencer made a joke that Maddie should bring her stroller and two babies and her and Olivia should walk around liberty park w their strollers. That idea inspired this.

We got a tramp!

Maddie told me this is one of her favorite pictures

Maddie bounced back on her trike better then I. She made it all the to and from the park. I was proud!

Someone wanted gloves and a watering can from the Easter bunny. She has been inspiring me to get my hands in the dirt. It has been rewarding (not quite as rewarding as scooping ice cream.)
